Includes quality timothy/orchard grass hay, tack storage, 24/7 dry lot access with lean-to cover, pasture grazing turnout April-November, access to round pen and indoor arena, routine farrier and vet appointments scheduled, grain provided by boarder and fed by management at no extra cost, overnight stalling during inclement weather only.

Stall Board  $450/mo
Includes quality timothy/orchard grass hay fed twice daily if stalled 24/7, or daily turn out to pasture (seasonally)/dry lot with overnight stalling. Also includes tack storage, daily stall cleaning, pelleted low dust bedding, access to round pen and indoor arena, routine farrier and vet appointments scheduled, grain provided by boarder and fed by management at no extra cost.

*Turnout on pasture is per Manager discretion April-November depending on weather and the growing season.
